WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· At least 4 years of B2B sales experience, with a history of hitting and exceeding targets.
· A confident communicator who’s comfortable selling over the phone and in person.
· Someone organised, commercially aware, and ready to spot new opportunities.
· Experience in exhibitions or international sales is helpful but not essential.
· Someone who knows the beauty industry or has a real interest in it experience with beauty, cosmetics, or personal care brands would be a big plus.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A TALENTED SALES MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT BTOB EVENTS LTD, WHERE YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR STAND AND SPONSORSHIP SALES FOR THE TONES OF BEAUTY EXHIBITION, THE UK’S ONLY MULTICULTURAL BEAUTY TRADE SHOW.
You’ll be working with beauty brands from around the world from skincare and makeup to haircare, fragrances, and spa equipment — helping them grow in the UK market.
Please note: This is a full-time, office-based role in Coventry. Remote or hybrid working is not available for this position.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
· Building relationships with new and existing clients, mainly beauty brands looking to exhibit at Tones of Beauty.
· Pitching and closing deals for exhibition space and sponsorship.
· Managing a strong pipeline of leads we have a solid CRM and marketing team generating enquiries for you.
· Attending competitor exhibitions and meeting clients face-to-face — including international trips to major shows like Cosmoprof in Italy and Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai (3–4 trips a year).
· Working closely with our marketing team to share industry insights and help drive the sales effort.
