POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties, and possess excellent client management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a developer or brokerage in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE property market, especially off-plan sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert leads through direct and broker channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior sales executives to achieve targets.
