THE OPPORTUNITY: We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and grow OneRoof’s Auckland sales portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching sales teams, building strong client partnerships, and delivering smart, audience‑first solutions. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth for OneRoof through proactive account management across residential, commercial, new homes and property management clients, while identifying new opportunities in a fast‑moving multimedia environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead, coach and mentor a sales team to achieve revenue, growth and performance targets Develop and deliver a clear Auckland sales strategy aligned to OneRoof and NZME goals Drive proactive account management and new business development Champion customer‑focused, multiplatform advertising solutions across digital, print and radio Build deep client relationships and deliver solutions that maximise yield and profitability Maintain strong market intelligence, capturing trends and opportunities that impact revenue Ensure best‑practice sales systems, forecasting, reporting and CRM discipline ABOUT YOU: At least 5+ years' of experience in sales account management, with proven leadership experience in a results‑driven environment Strong management capability with a coaching mindset Experience developing and executing sales strategies and portfolio plans Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills Commercially astute, goal‑focused and deadline‑driven Highly organised with the ability to manage workflow and competing priorities Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office ABOUT NZME: At NZME, we live our values of being curious, connected and confident.
