Optimiza is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our product and service offerings. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and business objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance and achieve sales goals. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for senior management. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and promotional efforts. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company’s offerings. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in sales management or a related role, preferably in the technology or IT sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
