SALES MANAGER – SPECIALTY DENTAL (ORAL SURGERY & PERIODONTICS)

Location: Dearborn Heights, MI
Practice: Wave Dental Specialists – Multi-Specialty, State-of-the-Art Facility
Wave Dental Specialists, a modern and fast-growing multi-specialty dental practice in Dearborn Heights, is seeking a Sales Manager to support our Oral Surgeons and Periodontists. This role is focused on guiding patients through advanced surgical procedures such as dental implants, bone grafting, full-arch restorations, and wisdom teeth extractions.
This is not a front desk or administrative role—this is a high-impact sales position where your ability to consult, build trust, and close cases will directly influence patient care and practice growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of dental sales or treatment coordination experience required
  • Prior experience supporting oral surgery or implant cases strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of closing high-value treatment plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify clinical concepts for patient understanding
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
  • Experience with dental software, patient financing tools, and CRM systems is a plus

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • 3+ years of dental business office experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures.
  • Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred (open dental)
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
    FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt
    Reports to: Director of Sale
