Description

High-growth scale-up looking for a sales manager to help build the future of B2B Commerce.
Full-time · Amsterdam

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Orderchamp is a fast-growing tech scale-up based in Amsterdam, known for our wholesale marketplace where unique brands connect with concept stores and boutiques. But our mission goes beyond that: we’re here to empower independent retailers and brands to succeed in tomorrow’s market with technological solutions. To support this mission, we’re further developing our integrated B2B tech environment—encompassing a B2B marketplace, order writer for tradeshows, dropshipping automation software, and private order portals/B2B webshops. We’re scaling up our SaaS sales engine, including inbound, nearbound and outbound!
We’re looking for a full-time Sales Manager with 3-5+ years of experience in sales leadership to join our team at Leidseplein, Amsterdam. The perfect candidate is energetic and eager: someone that has leadership aptitude/skills, but believes in “practicing what you preach”. You’ll still close (larger) deals, individually but also together with your team. As Sales Manager, you’ll therefore play a pivotal role in reaching targets, leading and expanding the sales team, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with our brands and retailers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, driving performance and achieving team targets.
  • Own and exceed annual sales targets across assigned territories and accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow our customer base and improve client success.
  • Guide the team in selling SaaS licenses, upselling products, and showcasing new launches to inbound and outbound leads.
  • Actively manage sales pipelines via HubSpot CRM, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner for brands and retailers.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize processes and team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and other teams to align strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, retail landscapes, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
