Job Summary: Orléans Toyota is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our new or used vehicle sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, appraising used vehicles, and guaranteeing prompt responses to all customer inquiries. This role demands a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in sales management.
• Excellent appraisal skills and knowledge of used vehicle market trends.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
