REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• Min. 6 years’ sales experience in engineering industries, 3 years in management.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for growth.
• Oversee key accounts and long-term client relationships.
• Review and approve technical and commercial proposals.
