ABOUT BOXI

Boxi transforms trucks into mobile billboards, delivering dynamic brand visibility in high-traffic areas across the country. We are a rapidly growing company redefining the Out-of-Home advertising industry, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in OOH media sales and team leadership.
Important: This is a senior-level Account Executive + Team Manager role. It is not an SDR, lead generation, or purely inside sales position. Applicants without direct, full-cycle OOH advertising sales experience will not be considered.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT

• Identify and secure new revenue streams across industries and regions.
• Build strong, senior-level relationships with marketing and media decision-makers.

What We’re Looking For (All Required)

• 5+ years direct Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sales experience selling media placements to brand-direct and/or agency clients.
• 5+ years media or ad tech sales experience.
• 2+ years managing or mentoring sales professionals.
• 2+ years selling to national clients across markets/regions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, ROI).
• Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop a team of 2–5 sales professionals.
