YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of professional experience as a non-medical practitioner or a comparable qualification within the healthcare sector - you need to be able to speak to health professionals at eye-level
  • Proven track record in outbound sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with health professionals at all levels
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills - being able to fully get across why our products are different
  • Talent for building deep long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to systematically plan your actions and independently execute your plan
  • Selfstarter with a strong sense of responsibility who confidently owns the Polish - speaking region
  • Most importantly: A huge passion for natural health / healing
  • You speak Polish at C1 level or above and are able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany’s most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.

Responsibilities

Sunday Natural, the German market leader in natural health supplements, partners with over 6,000 therapists and doctors who use and help develop our products. We’re now expanding to Poland and seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to build our network of Polish health professionals. You’ll play a key role in introducing our high-quality supplements to the Polish market, working closely with our German and Polish teams and improving our strategy.

  • Build a network of health professionals, starting with the most influential people
  • Actively acquire new partners and maintain existing relationships
  • Present and sell our high-quality nutritional supplements
  • Carry out product demonstrations and training at customer site
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking purpose
  • Organise and run own networking events
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses sales performance
  • Support the creation of health content with our partners; for example in our podcast, seminars and our academy
  • Provide market insights to our marketing & product development teams
