Job Description Be familiar with the workflow of overseas exhibitions. Possess experience in major account sales, be goal-oriented, and work in coordination with the direct manager to accomplish the overall project execution. Proactively conduct business expansion for existing projects and development of new projects, as well as their execution. Collect and organize customer information, and provide excellent customer service. Establish a high-quality exhibitor database, properly maintain customer data, and ensure effective statistical management. Understand industry conditions, market trends, major customer resources, and their distribution. Communicate and coordinate with external partners of each project to discuss project requirements. Qualifications Work Experience: Have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with preference given to those with experience in exhibitions or the medical industry. Communication Skills: Possess fluent English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, and be able to clearly articulate project value to win customer trust. Goal-Oriented: Have self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, be able to meet sales targets under pressure, and be adaptable to domestic and international travel. Negotiation Skills: Possess strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities, and be able to understand customer needs and provide targeted solutions.
