POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts for Diginova Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative digital solutions, have a strong background in sales and business development, and demonstrate a commitment to helping others through technology-driven solutions.
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales operations, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with the company’s goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in SaaS, healthcare, or mobile app sales.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • High level of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for mental health and a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in maintaining their mental well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for the company.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including healthcare providers, corporate partners, and mental health organizations.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel to successful conversion.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets. Work in close collaboration with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align efforts.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to adjust strategies as necessary. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Act as a liaison between clients and the product team, gathering valuable customer insights and feedback to improve the app’s features and user experience.
  • Achieving Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
