POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of our sales team, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll execute strategic plans, coach agents, and foster a high-performance culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years in real estate sales or sales management, preferably in Dubai’s property market
  • Proven leadership in guiding, coaching, and motivating sales teams
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Real estate license or relevant certification (as required in UAE)
