Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for building, leading and mentoring a team of high performing sales representatives and for creating successful sales plans. The successful candidate will be analytical and able to accurately forecast future business development. They will also be responsible for driving revenue growth by working closely with other Sales leaders in developing and executing Payworks sales strategies, managing team performance, setting sales targets and identifying market opportunities. You are a natural leader and skilled communicator, able to present and discuss win-win solutions. As a Sales Manager at Payworks, you are organized with the ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and maintain professionalism.
