Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’ve got a great opportunity for someone experienced in sales leadership within the logistics space to join their Bristol office and help take things to the next level. If you’ve got the know-how and can hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be leading their commercial team – guiding strategy, driving growth, and building strong client relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading and supporting the commercial team day-to-day
  • Creating a solid business development plan each year focused on air, road, and sea freight services
  • Helping your team hit their sales goals – and coaching them along the way
  • Finding and connecting with new clients that align with our growth plans
  • Spotting new opportunities for long-term and multi-service partnerships
  • Keeping Directors in the loop with key financial updates
  • Working closely with operations to bring in and onboard new business
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and getting out for face-to-face check-ins when needed
