We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our new, used, and commercial vehicle sales operations. Key Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations across new, used, and commercial departments. · Desk deals using DriveCentric, ensuring structure, compliance, and customer satisfaction. · Lead commercial sales efforts, including Ram commercial vehicles and fleet sales. · Maintain high standards for vehicle display, merchandising, and online presentation. · Conduct daily sales team meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings. · Manage leads, follow-up, and sales team workflows in DriveCentric CRM. · Collaborate with parts, service, and F&I to ensure seamless deal execution. · Assist with forecasting, advertising campaigns, and monthly goal setting. Requirements Qualifications · Minimum 3 years of experience in a franchised dealership sales management role. Specifically in a Stellantis/Ram brand store with appropriate commercial experience. · Proven ability to manage pre-owned operations including appraisals, pricing, and merchandising. · Experience with commercial sales, including fleet reinvoicing and Ram product knowledge. · Strong working knowledge of CDK, DriveCentric, Chrysler DealerConnect, vAuto, Stockwave, Roadster, RouteOne, and Paylocity. · Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. · Strong organizational ability with a focus on accountability and process execution. · High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred. · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
