Job Title Sales Manager Job Description 负责飞利浦健康生活湖北地区销售管理、下沉渠道拓展、新渠道拓展,礼品业务、经销商管理和零售执行,完成销售目标。 主要职责 1.经销商管理 进货执行:与经销商紧密沟通,跟进执行每月进货计划。 PSI、BE、F2P管理。 监控经销商预算费用使用进度,核销到账进度和跟进。 2.零售管理 促销活动的落实、现场支持、活动有效性反馈、评估和报销凭证汇总。 专柜位置谈判、场租费用沟通。 新渠道开发和维护。 3.费用管理 严格控制费用和资源,确保根据财务的流程运行和操作。 推进A&P/Margin费用核销进度。 收集核销资料(促销协议、销售数据、活动结果等)。 4.零售团队管理 培训并指导零售督导及促销员团队,改善团队工作质量,建立高效的团队。 任职要求 本科及以上学历 10年以上销售管理经验 有家电行业的工作背景,礼品团购开发经验,开拓渠道和管理客户的丰富经验 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力 具备较强的市场分析、营销策划和执行能力 熟悉零售行业运作流程 How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
