Sales Manager – Plumbing Division
Location: Fresno, CA (with regional oversight: Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Zip Appliance & Plumbing Repair is seeking an experienced and driven Plumbing Sales Manager to lead our growing plumbing division across Fresno, Bakersfield, and Modesto. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on plumbing service delivery with leadership and sales management duties. The ideal candidate has a strong background in plumbing service work, excels at customer communication, and has the ability to coach and coordinate a multi-location team.

Key Responsibilities Plumbing & Sales Execution

• Perform in-field plumbing service work as needed, including water heater installations, repipes, drain cleaning, hydrojetting, and fixture replacements.
• Present and close plumbing service sales in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide on-site estimates and job walk-throughs with customers and property managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in plumbing service, with at least 2 years in a sales or leadership capacity.
• Valid California plumber’s license or documented field experience in water heaters, piping systems, and general plumbing.
• Strong understanding of local plumbing code requirements.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, mobile scheduling apps, and digital sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

• Submit job estimates, authorizations, and billing details via CRM and internal platforms (e.g., Airtable, Service Fusion).
• Support parts procurement and vendor relationships when needed for plumbing-related equipment.
• Oversee quality control, job completion audits, and warranty adherence.
