Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Bring enthusiasm to the team while motivating, inspiring, and maintaining structure and morale within the department
  • Coach and mentor sales consultants to self-generate leads and appointments
  • Develop and implement a premium sales process that reflects Porsche’s brand values and consistently impresses demanding clients
  • Work effectively with a strong-minded general manager, supporting rather than competing and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Lead by example and ensure all salespeople and F&I staff to follow prospecting, follow-up, and client relation processes
  • Maintain a sharp focus on used car profitability and inventory turn
  • Drive strong F&I performance, maximizing gross profit on each deal while maintaining compliance and client trust
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to meet and exceed sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Analyze, problem-solve, and provide positive solutions
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards from the GAIN Group of Companies and the manufacturer
  • Participate in ongoing training to further advance your knowledge, skills, and abilities to enhance our customer experience and presence within our markets
  • Adopt, implement, and execute all standards, processes, and procedures established by the GAIN Group of Companies
  • Assist in the planning and execution of group events that will keep your customers engaged and loyal

Requirements:

  • Proven success in automotive sales management, ideally with a premium or luxury brand
  • The initiative, drive and attitude to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable
  • Professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to work with strong personalities while maintaining composure and respect
  • Deep understanding of luxury automotive clients and how to meet their high expectations
  • Previous experience with One-Eighty (preferred)
  • A criminal record check and driver’s abstract with be required upon hire
