Cabinlocator supplies new and used modular and portable buildings across the UK. From premium sales offices to flexible hire solutions, our reputation as a manufacturer direct to end client is built on quality, reliability, and straight-talking service.
Due to some fettling from the marketing by the team - our volume of inbound enquiries has surged; pair that with an underexploited existing customer base, and a strong and growing hire fleet we really feel on the front foot. What we need now is the right person to lead our sales efforts, close more deals and drive the team forward.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a brand-new role with a clear mission: take ownership of sales performance at Cabinlocator and lead our sales team to the next level.
You’ll manage a small, capable team of two (so far) and take the lead on converting high-quality inbound enquiries into wins - with a particular focus on incresing our stock sheet sales, premium cabin sales and growing the hire fleet. You’ll also have the opportunity to personally shape and grow the sales function as we scale.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • ·Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to hit targets
  • Take the lead on closing sales — especially high-value and complex deals
  • Manage the sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM as standard practice
  • Work closely with the Directors to develop and implement sales strategy
  • Respond to and convert a steady flow of inbound leads
  • Identify areas for growth, including outbound development
  • Conduct site visits, factory tours and meetings when needed (mainly office-based)
  • Help shape future team growth and structure
