We are looking for a Sales Manager, Datacenter in Eaton’s electrical business under our Power distribution unit, based in Indonesia, Jakarta. What you’ll do: The primary function of the job is to manage all PQ sales efforts within the country either direct or through partners; achieve annual sales and growth targets. "A. Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quotas for each selected segment e.g. Data Center, Healthcare, IT, Banking, Goverment etc. B. Walk the market to understand the ongoing projects and bring the projects leads to the partner C. Work with the partners to clearly define project scope, ensure sustainability of business & partner relationship. D. Build strong relationships with key end user customers in specific growing segment to enhance long term business prospects E. Identify potential growing segment, develop business plan and implement it to increase market-share and profitability of products and services F. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System: a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS f. Create a culture of continuous improvement" Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree, Preferably majoring in Engineering or Science Min 5-8 years of related sales experience, preferably in data center market Skills: "A. Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge B. Familiar with PowerPoint & Excel" "A. Fluent in written and spoken English B.
