Seeking Scotland’s strongest Sales Managers!
Primal Strength are pleased to be recruiting for a newly-created Sales Manager role due to the organic growth of our client base. As such we are keen to speak with the strongest salespeople in Scotland to join us on our journey.
Our Sales Team form the cornerstone of our business and stand as our connection to our customer base. Our team possess intrinsic product and market knowledge, allied to unrivalled aftercare and a true understanding of the relationship management piece with each customer. As we supply premium, British-designed, bespoke training equipment (which we believe is ahead of any product range available on the market), we require the finest sales people to ensure our customers understand and appreciate the difference in our product ranges and choose the right products, tailored to their needs.
Our equipment is all designed in-house at our Glasgow HQ, and backed up by unbeatable customer service. Our values are a willingness to raise the bar, spot each other and keep pushing, inspiring consistency in everyone we affect, from strength training first-timers, to full timers, to gym chains and independent gym owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Achieve both invoiced and new business targets utilising all lead opportunities provided.
· Accurate pipeline management and reporting.
· Meet all KPIs ranging from customer satisfaction to sales targets
· Precise and reliable data input to our CRM system
· Gym design and planning
· Ensure every customer receives world class customer service.
