Develop and implement strategic sales plans within the country for driving aggressive and sustainable growth Identify and develop strategies (together with the Business Vice President as Division Head and Marketing functions) to penetrate target accounts/markets and drive customer diversification to improve Schneider Electric’s presence in the country and across all sales channels, including distribution sales Responsible for the sales team establishment including overall recruitment and selection of sales personnel and ensure proper training and staffing levels, in collaboration with HR Retain and develop talents through coaching and engagement activities Maintain effective communication with the whole sales team and communicate strategies, goals, and actively provide feedback Interface with all levels of management to engage on pricing and terms negotiations and to resolve business challenges as they may come: skillfully communicate especially with C-level customers What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
