JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding IPG-Parker Russell’s presence in the GTA market, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role requires not only proven sales expertise in professional services but also deep proficiency in Zoho CRM to manage, track, and report on all business development activities.
You will be expected to leverage your existing business network, build new client relationships, and consistently communicate progress with the partners while reflecting accurate, real-time updates in Zoho.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
  • Familiarity with accounting/tax terminology and service delivery models.
  • Experience working at, or selling into, public accounting firms or financial institutions.
  • Multilingual candidates are an asset (French, Arabic, Mandarin).
Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and close new SMB clients across accounting, tax, audit, and advisory service lines.
  • Leverage Your Network: Use your established business relationships and centers of influence to approach new clients effectively.
  • Zoho CRM Mastery: Accurately log all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in Zoho; generate detailed reports for management.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct discovery meetings, deliver proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain strong, transparent communication with firm owners, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
  • Market Presence: Attend networking events, industry sessions, and client meetings throughout the GTA.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Adapt working hours as needed to maximize client engagement opportunities.
