to lead our sales team and help us grow our brand to new heights!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to exceed targets.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
