This leading estate agency, with an excellent local reputation, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join the team in Twickenham. You will retain ultimate responsibility for the sales team and co-ordinate the department accordingly, assisting in recruitment and training of staff and also in business development.
Throughout the sales process, you will be expected to build close relationships with customers and clients and as a consequence gain a good deal of repeat business.
To be considered for this role, you will have recent residential sales management experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success. Our client is looking to recruit natural leader who can mentor and motivate a team and help them with their development and performance.
The initial package for this role will include a basic, plus on target earnings in the region of £60,000 along with a car allowance. Other benefits include ample holiday entitlement, company pension and a good work-life ratio, and more!
