Our expertise includes interior fit-outs, reinstatement works, waterproofing, epoxy/PU coating, screeding, carpentry, painting, etc.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the construction and renovation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven sales experience, and a deep understanding of Singapore’s construction industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with direct clients, and driving revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the construction, renovation, or interior fit-out industry in Singapore.
  • Strong understanding of commercial renovation projects, reinstatement works, and industrial fit-outs .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships .
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Must have a valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for client visits.
  • Preferably has experience working directly with senior management/CEOs .

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients for commercial, industrial, and residential construction and renovation projects.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including facility managers, property owners, and corporate clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
