Description
The Sales Manager – Protective Coatings is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer relationships across Peninsular Malaysia. This role focuses on protective and marine coating solutions for industries such as oil & gas, marine, infrastructure, power, and heavy industries, while ensuring alignment with PPG’s commercial strategies and technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Protective & Marine coatings (PMC) business in Peninsular Malaysia and Brunei. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, consultants, shipyards, fabricators, applicators, and contractors Work closely with technical service teams to provide coating solutions, specifications, and application support Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Ensure compliance with internal CRM and reporting systems Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field is preferred.
