Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead business growth and client acquisition across our group of companies. This role is focused on building long-term relationships with clients, securing new business opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, adaptable, and passionate about gaming, esports, lifestyle, fashion, and youth entertainment. They should be someone who actively consumes social media, digital culture, and emerging trends, and knows how to translate them into relevant business opportunities. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal development to negotiations and closing deals - while working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within a marketing agency, events, or entertainment industry.Proficient in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across multiple channels (phone, email, text, in-person).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personality types.
  • Commercially astute, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Passion for gaming, esports, lifestyle, fashion, pop culture, or youth entertainment is highly preferred.
  • Must be a digital native who actively consumes social media, online content, and cultural trends, with the ability to turn insights into business opportunities.
