POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role oversees group, corporate, and event sales, while ensuring excellent client service and maximizing occupancy and banquet revenue. A key focus will be increasing hotel exposure through sales calls, site tours, and prospecting new business. With the hotel having undergone extensive renovations over the past few years, the Sales Manager will play a vital role in promoting these enhancements and spreading the word.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to attend client functions, networking events, and occasional travel.
