No other company can combine ingenuity, know-how and customer service like AST. Job Description As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the sales team. You will lead a team of sales agents, provide training, coaching and guidance. You will also be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market. What You Will Do Manage and lead a team of sales agents Set sales targets and develop sales strategies Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar role Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Additional Information Compensation is $100,000/year plus bonus and commission
