The Sales Manager (Direct Sales) will play a vital role in driving our sales strategy and executing direct sales initiatives within the real estate sector. This position requires a dynamic leader who can not only coach and manage a sales team but also actively engage with clients to close deals. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase market share in the real estate sector. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and report on key performance indicators and sales forecasts. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide insights to senior management. Deal Closure: Engage directly in client negotiations, handle objections, and close transactions effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes and client satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales in the real estate sector (mandatory). At least 2 years of experience in a sales manager position. Valid UAE Driver's license is mandatory. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software. Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, if necessary.
