JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be degree-qualified, have a proven track record in real estate sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Proven track record in real estate sales (minimum 3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and developers
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• UAE Driving License is preferred

• Lead and grow the real estate sales team
• Drive sales performance to exceed targets
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor agents
• Leverage strong existing relationships with Abu Dhabi/Dubai developers
• Create and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan and ready properties in Abu Dhabi
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and developers
