QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven automotive sales management experience (desking experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset
  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Results-oriented, accountable, and driven to exceed targets
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports across multiple platforms
  • Positive, engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Toyota product knowledge is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing demands
  • Valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Valid OMVIC license

Responsibilities
  • Desk deals efficiently, working closely with the Sales Team and customers to maximize gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Sales Specialists, helping them improve skills, close rates, and overall performance
  • Monitor daily sales traffic and submit accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with the New & Pre-owned Vehicle Manager to meet departmental goals
  • Support the leadership team with additional duties as required
