Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce channels for our non-food products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and e-commerce platforms, and ensuring brand growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce channels to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution networks, and optimize sales growth across all channels.
• Modern Trade:
• Lead negotiations with key accounts, large retailers, and supermarket chains.
• Manage trade marketing activities, promotions, and in-store activations.
• Build long-term partnerships with modern trade clients to drive market share.
• General Trade:
• Manage distribution networks, including wholesalers, stockists, and retailers.
• Develop strong relationships with distributors to ensure proper market coverage and product availability.
• Monitor and improve sales performance in traditional trade markets.
• E-commerce Sales:
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc.
• Plan and execute online sales strategies, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
• Monitor e-commerce sales performance, optimize product listings, and enhance the customer experience.
• Sales Operations:
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure proper inventory levels and timely deliveries.
• Lead a sales team, providing training, support, and performance management.
• Market Analysis & Planning:
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align on brand strategies and launches.
• Develop annual sales budgets, forecasts, and plans for each channel.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives and key account managers.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching for career development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in FMCG sales, specifically in non-food categories.
• Experience in handling Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce channels is a must.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, sales performance, and develop strategic action plans.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience working with key retailers, distributors, and online platforms.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
