This role joins the Copeland Australia team, and will drive account growth and new business across ANZ, blending technical refrigeration expertise with strong commercial acumen. This role will require customer relationship management, regulatory knowledge, and cross-functional coordination aligned to sustainability trends.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities
  • Strong sales and account management experience in ANZ HVAC-R or industrial solutions sector.
  • Technical fluency in refrigeration/commercial cooling products, standards, and codes (AS/NZS 5149).
  • Commercial acumen: pricing, negotiation, compliance, and logistics management.
  • Market knowledge: sustainability trends, natural refrigerants (CO₂, R290), green building initiatives.
  • Analytical skills for forecasting, reporting, competitor tracking.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across local/global teams.
