We are Digitex Technologies based in London ( Digital Marketing & Web development Company ) seeking for a end to end sales , driven individual with a proven track record in strategic and Sales performance, the ideal candidate will have minimum 4 years of sales & managerial experience to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales manager, the successful candidate will play a key lead role in the account function and ensure seamless alignment between the team, clients, and commercial goals.
This is a role with a clear focus on high-value relationship management, commercial growth, and cross-team collaboration.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales skills, including the ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.

    Job Type: Part -time, 3 hours per day, Remote
    Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, setting sales targets, and creating sales plans.

  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, analysing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize results.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Operations:

Managing sales processes, ensuring accurate sales records, and overseeing contract management.
