As one of the UK’s largest performance door-set manufacturers, we manufacture bespoke Door Suites at our factory in North Wales.
We are now looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with a true hunter mentality to spearhead growth in the South of England - specifically London and surrounding areas.
We want someone who thrives on chasing opportunities, winning new business, and converting prospects into long-term clients - while also strengthening relationships with our existing key accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline.
  • Drive sales growth by winning new clients while maximising opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed) ambitious sales targets.
  • Engage senior decision-makers, understanding their requirements and positioning our solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate commercially sound deals and close them with confidence.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep sales activities, pipeline progress and client interactions up to date in our CRM system.

About You

  • Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of consistently hitting or beating targets.
  • Experience selling into the construction sector is highly advantageous.
  • A natural “hunter” with strong business development skills and the drive to open new doors.
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter with strong influencing skills.
  • Able to quickly build rapport and credibility with decision-makers.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and resilient.
  • Organised and led by initiative, with disciplined use of CRM tools.
  • Able to build teams and pull people together within the business to help win large orders.
