QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset on driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the window fashions industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Handle a team of Business Development Executives and Managers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and meet individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to grow the customer base.
  • Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analize sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Have a good and efficient Channel Sales funnel.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
