General Purpose:
The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic oversight and execution of sales initiatives across Riverside EpiCenter’s diverse business verticals. With a focus on CRM optimization, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, the Sales Manager will help expand the impact of one of Metro Atlanta’s most dynamic community-focused business centers.

Riverside EpiCenter serves seven core business verticals:
The Sales Manager will lead revenue-generating initiatives in each of these areas, with special emphasis on the growth of EventsFacility Rentals, MediaProduction, and Corporate Business Services. The ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and integrate sales efforts across departments will be critical to success in this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic sales plans tailored to each vertical, maximizing opportunities in:o Corporate and private event rentalso Studio and auditorium production bookingso Wellness memberships and programso Co-working and mailbox serviceso Retail food and catering sales Collaborate with department leads to develop bundled offerings and upsell strategies. Champion CRM usage (HubSpot) to streamline lead management, improve pipeline visibility, and enhance customer communication. Leverage CRM data to inform campaign design, customer segmentation, and client engagement. Supervise and support the Client Acquisition Specialist and broader sales team. Lead weekly pipeline reviews, sales training, and accountability check-ins. Conduct client discovery sessions and personalized facility tours. Develop strong relationships with local businesses, non-profits, production teams, and event planners. Negotiate and finalize client contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Monitor sales / sales systems / cultural trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity across all verticals to ensure market relevance. Track and report monthly KPIs and forecasts to General Manager. Represent Riverside EpiCenter at industry events, chamber meetings, and professional associations. Collaborate with the Marketing Department on campaigns to drive interest in underutilized assets or seasonal promotions.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in multi-vertical sales management, preferably in events, fitness, hospitality, or community-focused organizations Demonstrated success in CRM implementation and data-driven sales operations (HubSpot experience strongly preferred) Exceptional communication, team-building, and project management skills Strong financial acumen and ability to develop pricing strategies Entrepreneurial mindset with a heart for community engagement and innovation
Working Conditions:
Office-based with regular client-facing responsibilities
May include evening and weekend hours for key events or facility walkthroughs
Must be able to navigate a multi-floor facility and conduct onsite tours
