We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to enhance our sales strategy and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new market opportunities to maximize revenue. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to create promotional campaigns and offers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Participate in networking and industry events to promote Rizos Resorts. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in hospitality or tourism. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the hospitality industry and market trends is an advantage. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
