Description
  1. Identify and Qualify Incoming Leads, Tenders, and Potential Opportunities
  • Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Evaluate customer needs, pain points, and automation requirements to determine the bridging solution with AMRs and its payload applications.
  1. Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track progress against sales goals using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive sales initiatives and support customer needs
  1. Technical Proposal Preparation and Documentation:
  • Prepare technical proposals, costing estimates, commercial offers, and tender documentation in collaboration with internal technical experts.
  • Handle technical and commercial clarifications with customers and prospects to ensure alignment and understanding of proposed solutions.
  1. Proposal Development and Negotiation:
  • Understand technical and commercial requirements and prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract documents outlining the technical proposal, pricing, and terms of sale.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Address objections, overcome obstacles and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner.
  1. Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our AMR solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical assistance, and offering post-sale support.
  1. Collaboration with Technical Experts:
  • Work closely with technical experts to develop proposals, strategies, and presentations tailored to meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Leverage technical expertise and insights to enhance the value proposition and competitiveness of our AMR solutions.
