We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing and Waterproofing Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Oakland, California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the roofing or construction industry, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of roofing sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and drive revenue in California.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Oversee the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, roofing and waterproofing materials, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the roofing, waterproofing construction,
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with roofing materials, installation processes, and industry regulations is required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Take off software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
