AYANA Hospitality is looking for a Sales Manager - Rooms for our AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA location. As a Sales Manager - Rooms, you will be responsible for driving revenue through sales of hotel rooms. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and sales. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to increase revenue. Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing plans. Stay current on industry trends and competitive activity in the local market. Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and build relationships. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships. Good understanding of the local market and industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
