Tyson 2.0 is a fast-growing lifestyle and cannabis brand focused on developing and distributing premium products across Europe. To achieve our ambitious growth goals, we are looking for a Sales Manager B2B to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retail partners. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and strengthening our position across Europe.

Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Market Development

  • Identify and secure wholesale accounts across Europe, including lifestyle and streetwear stores, fight/sports retailers, cannabis culture shops (in legal markets), and e-commerce resellers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and exclusivity agreements with partners.
  • Develop market entry strategies for priority countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, France, Spain, and Italy.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Drive repeat orders and present new product collections.
  • Coordinate seasonal drops, exclusive collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support wholesale partners to improve in-store displays and enhance Tyson 2.0 brand visibility.

Sales Operations

  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track orders, and monitor account performance.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to the fulfillment team and oversee accurate delivery.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Brand Representation

  • Represent Tyson 2.0 at European trade shows, fashion expos, cannabis culture events, and fight sports festivals.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our products, brand identity, and competitive landscape.

Warehouse Management

  • Oversee stock control and inventory management for both brandstore and wholesale operations.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for both domestic and international deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment.
