As we continue to scale new heights, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales, partnerships, and business development initiatives.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through high-value corporate acquisitions, managing key accounts, ensuring full contract compliance, and leading commercial partnerships and vendor relationships. This is a leadership role for a results-driven professional with deep industry knowledge, negotiation expertise, and a proven ability to close complex deals.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, corporate contracting, and commercial law.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
