QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership in the UAE, ideally in transport, logistics, or hospitality.
  • Strong network of senior-level decision-makers in target industries.
  • Proven track record in securing and managing complex contracts.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Director will lead RSL’s sales function with full responsibility for revenue strategy, market expansion, and client relationship management. This role requires proven success in high-value B2B sales, strategic contract negotiations, and leadership of sales teams within the UAE’s transport, hospitality, or logistics sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Leadership – Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets, securing multi-million dirham contracts.
  • Business Development – Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across corporate, aviation, hospitality, and government sectors.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Build and maintain C-level relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team, driving performance and fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Market Intelligence – Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, monitor market trends, and refine strategy to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing to align commercial goals with overall business strategy.
