Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

CSR are seeking a Sales Manager SA/NT to lead a high-performing team, develop customer relationships, and deliver strong revenue and margin outcomes. Based in Adelaide, this role offers the opportunity to shape regional strategy, coach and develop talent, and collaborate across the business to deliver customer and commercial value.
You’ll be responsible for leading sales planning, managing performance, and identifying opportunities through data-driven insights and market intelligence. If you’re passionate about consultative selling, team leadership, and driving innovation, this is your chance to make a real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and retention
  • Manage budgets, resources, and team performance across SA/NT
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
  • Use data analytics to identify market opportunities and optimise performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Represent CSR at industry events and contribute to national initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales management, including 5+ years leading teams
  • Proven ability to build and coach high-performing sales teams
  • Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving margin
  • Skilled in consultative selling and strategic planning
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Exposure to product development and innovation highly regarded
