Monitor customer demand and maintain an inventory that mirrors the demand. Develop department profitability and necessary productivity to achieve the required volume, levels of sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of cooperation with other department managers. Ability to respond to all personality types with professionalism i.e. focused, have discipline, embrace and commit to process. Requirements Our Ideal Candidate: Will project a POSITIVE, ENERGETIC, CAN-DO attitude at all times Will have a proven record of success in high volume sales & profit Will display the utmost integrity, respect, and professionalism Will be able to lead, coach, and train a team Will have a proven record of excellent customer satisfaction Must be able to effectively utilize a CRM tool, as well as other various sales tools Will take a proactive approach to sell cars Must be able to structure, submit, and close deals Must commit to dealership processes. Will have an excellent working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing Qualifications: 3+ Years of Automotive sales management experience. Must have computer skills including email and the internet. Proficiency with CDK, CRM, and other tools is preferred. Some College or College degree preferred. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
