As a key member of our organization, you will lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering strong customer relationships in this unique and culturally significant market. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Create and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards Contribute to product development and pricing strategies based on market insights Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Qualifications Saudi National with a preferred background in the Holy Cities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven track record of success in sales management roles Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Advanced negotiation and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting and analysis In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and culture Familiarity with the Holy Cities' business environment is highly desirable Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) Willingness to travel within the region as required Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent
